Wanna learn another language?

As some of you might know, I am learning English in Malta (obviously), but also Spanish and Dutch. Recently I was surfing on the web to find some resources to help me, and I found some very interesting podcasts.

Dutch podcasts
http://lauraspeaksdutch.info/ A podcast for beginner. Very good, and very helpful to get the basis of this "strange" language (greeting, counting, ordering, etc...). It fits very well with my Dutch book.
http://www.dutchgrammar.com/en/audio/index.php A podcast for intermediate/Upper intermediate. I don't really have the level for this one right now, thus I keep it for later.

Spanish podcasts
http://www.rollingrs.com/ A video podcast for beginner. Excellent one. The video really emphasizes the lessons. 31 chapters to help you starting with this language. A very good complement to my Spanish grammar book.
http://coffeebreakspanish.typepad.com/ A podcast for upper beginner.

English podcasts
Here, two podcasts for advanced english speakers.
The first one http://www.eslpod.com/website/index.php deals with various topics.
The second one is doing by two english teachers living in japan, one English and on British. You could find the episodes here : http://www.englishcaster.com/bobrob/. Every week, they choose a theme, and talk about it with phrasal verbs, idioms, and sometimes slang.

What's happening in Malta...

There is a lot of crazy things which happened in Malta since I came back.

First new thing, I will write my tickets in English - I mean most of them. I will begin to apologize for the mistakes, but I am sure with the time I will improve my writing skill ;)

We did one or two BBQs every weeks, on sandy beaches, on rocky beaches, on roofs. Every time, with a excellent atmosphere, good music, alcohol ( ;) ) and most of the time, ended on the dancefloor of a night club in Paceville or swiming in the sea.

There was the MTV concert : Isle of MTV in Malta ! You might see me on TV in September ;) There was the Maltese band which played for the eurovision, Enrique Iglesias, Maroon 5 and Akon. About 30 000 people put together close to Valleta to enjoy the show ! Almost all the island was there ;) The best show was definitively Akon, I hope I will see them again (for free :p).

The beer festival took place during 10 days in teh Ta'Qali Garden. You could taste all the existing Cisks, listen some bands, and try to get a balloon ;) Sadfully, we just went there once.

We invited ourselves to a big big wedding organised at the Hilton hotel. Free drinks, free food, masseuses, bands, nice atmosphere. A good recipe to start a very good night, without spending 1 cent ;)

After the beer festival, there is now, the wine festival ! Organised by Delicata in the Upper Baraka Garden of Valletta, with a very attractive concept : buy a Delicata glass and fill it as much as you want ! Oki doki, message received. We sampled about 20 différent wines :)
This one signals the beginning of the vindemial in Malta. Another one at the end of August, in Gozo this time, will signal the end of the season of grape harvest.

I also updated my web gallery. Now, instead how organising it by week, I will do it by month. I will try to keep the rythm of updating it every first week end the month, by it is not always easy to collect the all photos.
